Variant wheels

We offer a 30 day warranty on our Variant wheels, but only if they are used according to the Wheel Matrix and on a plastic tile surface such as Sport Court, Ice Court or Stilmat. To have your wheels replaced you need to send them to us for inspection (unfortunately we can’t refund these shipping costs). When we send you your new wheels we will pay for shipping. Please be aware that small cracks can always arise. We will only replace wheels that are broken (core or urethane), misformed or otherwise unusable. If this happens to your wheels e-mail us immediately and include pictures (since shipping can take multiple days). This way we can make sure it happened within the 30 day time span.
